Ken Preston is a native of Macon, Ga., and has lived there his entire life, except for 10 years away for college and to pursue career opportunities. Returning to Macon in 1988, he became involved with what is now the Central Georgia Model Railroad Club and is currently the president of that organization. Ken’s interest in the Central of Georgia began around the same time. He lives close to the former CofGa Macon to Atlanta line—near milepost 201.

Ken has been a member of the Society since 2000 and has been a participant in many of the Society’s activities since that time.  Additionally, he has helped organize and coordinate several recent Spring meetings.
